This relaxed and alert state liberates the mind and stimulates an understanding of life that we do not gain through our usual intellectual process. Participants experience the physical relaxation, peacefulness and renewal, which are part of the retreat process. A contemplative retreat can also catalyze subtle but powerful changes and help awaken a new awareness and more profound understanding of life.

 

Dialogues with Ms Dantes

Ms. Dantes does not teach any particular religious or philosophical point of view. Rather, she employs dialogues to assist participants in discovering the truth of their personal growth and/or spiritual unfolding. Her clarity and compassion create an atmosphere of caring and love which enhances this process for each retreatant.
